5 Nutrition’s body needed by every day

There are not many people who understand how to run a proper training. This resulted in the lack of results obtained during the exercise. In fact, not infrequently, this makes the exercise becomes very boring and you are getting lazy to do so.
So you do not get stuck in a pattern of practice that one without any results, should you find any errors that you often do during practice. Do you still do any of that?
         1. Started training with the Heavy Load
Whatever exercise you do should be done in stages according to ability. Avoid exercises using weights that are too heavy, especially if you are just starting an exercise. Start with light weights first and add the training load according to your abilities at each level of exercise.

If you start to enjoy workout feeling relaxed, this means your body is adapting to your training load. If you continue, you will not get maximum results and even began to feel bored. When the body has begun to adapt, immediately increase the training load to improve the results of your workout.

You should not do this. The body needs time to rest for recovery after exercise. Practicing every day without adequate rest pauses can cause muscle catabolism. Enough rest or sleep the body needs for muscle growth process. Practice 5-6 times a week and leaving 1-2 days to rest from your workout
    1. Not Warming
Exercise injury can occur if you do not warm up before exercise. Heating aims to improve blood circulation and prepare the body before the main exercise.

Understand and master the proper training pattern is one important thing that you should include in your fitness program. By knowing how to exercise correctly, you will be able to achieve the desired target practice with excellent results in a short time.
Do not easily believe by fitness myths that have not been proven or promises instant results and do not make sense. If necessary, use the services of an experienced and certified personal trainer to assist you practice. So, from now on, practice smarter, Train smarter, not just harder!
