mistakes that most often when practicing fitness
There are
not many people who understand how to run a proper training. This resulted in
the lack of results obtained during the exercise. In fact, not infrequently,

One of the
main reasons many people quit exercise because they are bored or do not enjoy
exercise program which they were living. To stay motivated, make sure you enjoy

You should not
do this. The body needs time to rest for recovery after exercise. Practicing
every day without adequate rest pauses can cause muscle catabolism. Enough rest
or sleep the body needs for muscle growth process. Practice 5-6 times a week
and leaving 1-2 days to rest from your workout

Warming
Exercise
injury can occur if you do not warm up before exercise. Heating aims to improve
blood circulation and prepare the body before the main exercise.
Understand and master the proper training pattern is one important thing
that you should include in your fitness program. By knowing how to exercise
correctly, you will be able to achieve the desired target practice with
excellent results in a short time.
Do not easily believe by fitness myths that have not been proven or
promises instant results and do not make sense. If necessary, use the services
of an experienced and certified personal trainer to assist you practice. So,
