How to cycling with good
Excuse me...!
I actually still relatively new to cycling, so it needs to be enlightened in
order to improve cycling performance. The hope becomes a regular cycling and
not that heavy and can improve stamina or more can be accomplished. Some
threads have been a lot is discussed about the property with a variety of bike
types, brands and other asesories, but I think there are things that are also
important in cycling knowledge and mastery of technique. Expect a lot of more
senior and experienced athlete or class can provide enlightenment on this BLOG.
For those who want to get serious with bicycling certainly had quite a lot of
questions that related to cycling technique, which is important .. well the
answer.
I started with a question from me:
1. How well cycling?
Never menagabaikan this
case, safety is the main thing. Some tips to note for cyclists before cycling
smile;

The health condition
Is
our health is adequate for cycling activities at that time. Do not force
yourself in morbidly conditions for cycling.

Perform heating

Check the cycling gear, Helmets, Shoes and Apparel sports. all

Check the bike, brakes, tires, chain conditions, shifter functions, etc.

Customize mileage and condition of the streets with the technical ability and
